"I moved into a dirty rental house and did the best I could with cleaning. But then I had surgery and honestly, I just got lazy after that.

I reached out to Susie and she came by and did a wonderful job with a deep cleaning. She held back a little at first, very respectful of my property and my space. But I told her, "nope, I want you to get deep." Ten minutes later she had the stove and the oven out and we were both amazed at the grease and dirt back there. When Susie started her business, she didn't want anything Basic, including a Clean, so it all started with our Super Clean, a detailed, thorough clean. Anyone can make something look good for 5 minutes, but what happens after they leave? Are you noticing all the missed areas?

We take Covid-19 cautiously and we're Vaccinated. We are happy to wear a mask if you prefer, or we may choose to do so if infection rates are high in the area. We bring freshly laundered rags every time, along with quality disinfectant and professional cleaning supplies. We provide all Tools and Cleaners or we can use yours! If you're sick, we will come another time, when you are completely well. We will never come to you knowingly sick. We live in a challenging time, but we can do our best to be as safe as possible, while still living life in a thoughtful, caring way.

Green Means Healthier Living

We use cleaners that are Eco-Friendly, such as Meyer's and Method (they are rated a score of "B" with the EWG).+

We've tried other Eco-Friendly products that were rated Higher, but we couldn't tolerate the obnoxious scents upon testing, so we thought you might think the same! We are Happy to use Your Eco-Friendly Products if you wish, or even your un-scented or other standard products.

Of course, we prefer to clean with Eco-friendly products as much as possible, but we don't hesitate to use conventional products when eco-friendly products aren't performing properly.

You can also breathe a sigh of relief, because you will be a part of a movement towards Protecting Our Environment. Fewer chemicals being used means our water and air will be safer, and that's a Very good thing for our Planet. I think most all of us can agree upon that.

**Please let us know if you have Allergies to certain products or even to Latex or Rubber Gloves. If you do, we just ask that you provide your own products. We will do everything we can to make your cleaning a positive experience.

What is a Super Clean?

A Super Clean was Susie's Idea of Working Harder and Smarter than the Competitors, then Beating them on Value, not necessarily on price, but we often do.

As mentioned before, anyone can make it Look like it's Clean for Five Minutes, but when you start Inspecting things, they run out the door, literally. We have you take a look at everything before we leave.

We wait while you inspect everything and will touch up any areas if you see anything we may have missed and we give you 48 hours to call us back if you see something needing our assistance, that you paid for, of course.

We're Beating other teams on Caring for Clients, not on Cares of our own and Listening to Needs, then Delivering More than Promised. On Reputation, Individually and as a Business, Speaking English, and also a little Spanish, when needed!

We can also Bring the Flowers for You! Simply Reimburse us for the Flowers when you pay and add + $30 for this Special Service.

Window Cleaning:

We clean your Interior Windows at $3/Window and Clean Blinds and Windows for $5-7/Window when you get your House Cleaned by Susie's. (Dusting blinds comes with Basic Clean.)

Baseboard Cleaning: $40-$100+. It depends on size of home and its current condition.

Oven Cleaning: $20-60 Depending on Condition. We do our best to clean your oven, but we suggest you spray your oven with a safe oven cleaner at least 3 hours before we arrive, so we make the best use of your time.

Refrigerator/Freezer Cleaning, Interior Clean: $40-60 if customer Removes and Returns Items to Refrigerator; Price is $85, if you want us to Remove and Restock Fridge with your items. Pricing increases if there is a lot of spillage.

Dusting Collectibles: $40-70+ for most homes.

Folding Clothes: You can add to your service at an hourly rate.

Closet Organizing: We can provide a Free Estimate, based on quantity of clothes and other factors.

Susie's Super Clean:

Kitchen: Clean Countertops, Sink and Faucet, Stovetop, Microwave: inside and out, Vent hood, Dishwasher: Exterior, Refrigerator: Exterior, Wipe down Canisters, Coffee Maker, Cabinet fronts, Chairs, Furniture, Tables, and Floor.

Bathrooms: Clean Sink, Mirrors, Faucets, Backsplash, Toilet (inside and out), Tub & Tub walls (inside and out), Tub Faucets, Floor.

Bedrooms: Make Beds in rooms, move clothes on floor to Laundry Room or Hamper, Dust dresser and other furniture, place items back neatly, throw away trash and replace bags, Sweep or Vac Floor.

All Floors throughout Home: Sweep/Vac and Mop, Vac stairs when requested. We also will lightly dust your baseboards.

All surfaces throughout the home, if it's not severely cluttered: Dust and/or wipe down surfaces.

Living Room and Den: Remove Debris, Vacuum or Dust sofa, clean tables, dust lamps, surfaces, and put items back where they were. Note: We will not touch your TV or computer fascia since TV's and computers are very delicate, but we will dust the top and sides. Let us know if you do not want your keyboard dusted.

Dusting: Blinds, surfaces and Fans (up to 2 Fans per visit), Ceiling Light Fixtures - Lightly done on our standard clean. If you prefer they be wiped down, just ask for our Deep Clean.

Trash: Throw out all trash in trash cans to main trash and replace with garbage bag.

Deodorize and Disinfect home.

Deep Clean:

This is your Basic Clean, Plus we include, Dusting Baseboards, Additional dusting throughtout home, Polishing Kitchen Cabinets (outside), Deeper cleaning level in baths and showers, Wiping down Ceiling Fans, Premium Product Usage, such as Bona, Meyer's and more. It may also include one Refrigerator OR one Stove.

We ask that if you have expensive paintings, rugs, or other items, please either move the item/s away from areas being cleaned or alert us to be especially careful. We haven't had any major issues, and don't want to either, for your sake or ours.
